Schedule Service

The Schedule Service module enables you to schedule maintenance for your assets and receive reminders when the service is approaching or due. This works similarly to the settings previously discussed, where you initiate the service from the asset details page.

Accessing and Managing Scheduled Services:

 

To view scheduled services, navigate to Settings and select Scheduled Services.

This will display a list of all scheduled services and their parameters. Click on any service to view more detailed information.

Overdue services will be highlighted in red for easy identification.

Adding  Scheduled Service

To schedule a service, click the Schedule Service button at the top right. You can set the service counter based on either kilometers (KMs) or days.

If the service is based on KMs, you will receive a notification once the asset reaches the number of kilometers entered in the counter field.

If the service is based on Days, you will receive a notification when the specified number of days has passed.

The Alert Level field determines when you’ll receive a notification before the service is due. For example, if you set the counter to 5,000 KMs and the alert level to 4,600 KMs, you will receive an alert when the asset reaches 4,600 KMs, anticipating the service at 5,000 KMs.

 

Enter all the service details and click Save.
