Generating Vehicle Reports
Places reports provide valuable insights into the activity, trends, and performance of specific locations, points of interest (POIs), regions, and geofences.
Points of Interest (POIs):
POIs are specific locations or areas that hold significance or interest within the operational context of Bluetrax.
Places reports related to POIs offer insights into visit frequency, duration, and activity levels at these key locations.
Regions:
Regions represent predefined geographic areas or zones within Bluetrax system, typically defined by boundaries such as polygons or circles. E.g Kenya
Places reports for regions provide insights into vehicle or asset movements within these designated areas.
Region reports include data on entry and exit events, dwell time, and activity levels within each defined region.
Geofences:
Geofences are virtual boundaries or perimeters defined within the system to trigger alerts or actions when vehicles or assets enter or exit specified areas.
Places reports for geofences offer insights into geofence utilization, including entry and exit events, duration of stay, and frequency of interactions.
Geofence reports help fleet managers monitor asset movements in real time, enforce compliance with predefined boundaries or restrictions, and respond promptly to unauthorized activities or deviations from planned routes.
To generate places reports, click on reports
Then navigate to Places
Select on the report that you want
- Select the place
- Select date range
- Click on Load Report
Note that if you want to load report for all places, do not select any place
