The reports available within the BlueTrax system are designed to provide comprehensive insights and analysis across various aspects of fleet management. These reports are categorized into three main categories: Vehicle, Driver, and Places reports. Here’s a more detailed overview of each category:

Vehicle Reports:

Vehicle reports focus on providing detailed information and analysis related to vehicles within the fleet.

These reports typically include data such as vehicle location history, mileage, fuel consumption, performance, violations etc.

Driver Reports:

Driver reports focus on analyzing driver behavior, performance, and compliance within the fleet.

These reports typically include data such as driver hours, speeding violations, harsh braking or acceleration events, and safety compliance.

Compliance reports ensure that drivers adhere to regulatory requirements, such as hours of service regulations to maintain legal compliance and reduce risks of fines or penalties.

Places Reports:

Places reports focus on analyzing activity and trends at specific locations or points of interest within the operational environment.

These reports typically include data such as visit frequency, duration, and dwell time at various locations, such as customer sites, service centers, or delivery hubs.

Geofence utilization reports provide insights into the effectiveness of geofencing strategies, track assets or vehicles entering or exiting designated areas, and trigger alerts or notifications based on predefined geofence events.
