Driver reports provide valuable insights into the behavior, performance, and compliance of drivers within a fleet management system. They entail:
Driving Behavior Analysis:
Driver reports often include detailed analysis of driving behavior, such as speeding incidents, harsh braking, sharp turns, and acceleration patterns.
These reports help fleet managers identify drivers who exhibit risky driving behaviors that may pose safety hazards or increase the risk of accidents.
By analyzing driving behavior trends over time, managers can implement targeted training programs or coaching sessions to improve driver safety and reduce the likelihood of incidents.
Driver Performance Metrics:
Driver reports often include mileage, hours driven etc to evaluate individual driver performance, productivity, and efficiency.
Generating driver reports
To generate driver reports, navigate to reports, then drivers
Select on the report that you want
- Select the driver
- Select date range
- Click on Load Report
Note that if you want to load report for all the drivers, do not select any driver
Some reports will only be downloaded for a specific driver. For these reports, you have to select a driver before loading
