About the Assets page
The My Asset page serves as a comprehensive inventory, providing you with the ability to oversee and manage all assets within the fleet from a centralized place.
Centralized Asset Management:
The My Asset page acts as a centralized hub for managing all fleet assets, offering a convenient and consolidated view of asset details and information.
Users can access and update asset data in real-time, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the entire fleet inventory.
Detailed Asset Information:
The page displays detailed information about each asset, including but not limited to the reg number, make and model, year of manufacture (YOM), Engine number, registration details, and current location.
Customizable Views and Filters:
Users can customize the display of asset information based on their specific preferences and requirements.
Filter options allow users to sort and search for assets based on various criteria, such as asset type, location, status, or ownership, streamlining the process of locating and managing specific assets within the inventory.
You can also export or share the list of assets
Update Asset Details
To update the asset details, click on the asset and a window will open that allows you to update the details of the asset
On the asset details page, you can manage the following:
Schedule Service:
Click the “Schedule Service” button to set up a service for the vehicle. You can define service parameters, including the service name, date, mileage or hour counter, and notification recipients.
View Service History:
To review the vehicle’s past services, click on the “Service History” tab.
Manage Licenses:
Manage licenses associated with the vehicle by creating custom licenses, tracking their expiry dates, and renewals.
